Dr Leah Levy

Clinical Psychologist

Leah is a Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about supporting adults of all ages experiencing psychological and emotional challenges, in the context of chronic pain and other chronic health conditions. She brings extensive experience from both public health and private practice settings.

Leah is committed to evidence-based practice and works collaboratively with clients to help them live meaningful and fulfilling lives, while managing ongoing health issues. She supports individuals experiencing a range of concerns, including adjustment difficulties, depression, anxiety, stress, trauma, sleep disturbances, grief and loss, and identity and self-esteem issues.

She draws on a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. Leah brings warmth, empathy, and flexibility to her work, tailoring therapy to each individual’s goals, values, and unique circumstances.

Leah is also a Psychology Board Approved Supervisor.
